Development Activity
in State Audit Institution
Human
resources constitute the most important asset of the State Audit
Institution. State Audit institution places high importance on
Human Resources Development the staff to develop their auditing and other skills.
The annual Human Resources Development programme of the Institution lists the programmes
scheduled during the year to improve the skill levels of the
staff. The plan prepared in consultation with Directors and
Directors General of audit is approved by the President and
implemented by a full fledged Planning and Human Resources
Development Office.
The Institution
conducts introductory courses for the staff newly inducted in the
organization, basic and specialized courses on audit, management,
information technology and other relevant subjects.
Staffs of the
Institution are deputed regularly for Human Resources Development courses conducted
by Supreme Audit Institutions of other countries particularly Arab
and GCC countries, INTOSAI, ASOSAI and IDI.
State audit
Institution promotes attainment of professional qualification by
its staff. The Institution conducts Human Resources Development programmes to enable
the staff to obtain professional qualifications like ACCA, ACPA,
CIA and CPA.
State Audit
Institution plays an active role in meetings of GCC and Arab
Human Resources Development Committees for preparing general Human
Resources Development plan and programmes.
